How to delete your account
Players (the optional 13+ player account):
- Open ARBLAST: AR Team Battle on your phone.
- Go to Profile and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Organisers and venue staff: sign in at console.arblast.io, open Settings → Account and choose Delete my account (also in the app under Settings → Venue staff).
Without the app: email support@arblast.io from the email address on your account (or tell us your username) and ask us to delete it. We delete it within 7 days and email you to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account: username, email address, Apple or Google sign-in link, birth month and year, country, suburb and postcode, settings, and the versions of our terms you accepted.
- Every sign-in on every device (you're signed out everywhere). If you used Sign in with Apple, we also tell Apple to remove ARBLAST's access.
- For organisers: saved matches, arenas you created, stream destinations (and their stream keys) and recordings.
What is kept, and for how long
- Backups: copies of our database made before you deleted your account are kept for at most 14 days, only to recover from a failure, and then they're gone.
- Game data (positions, blasts, scores in a match) is never stored, so there's nothing to delete.
- Anonymous install stats (AppsFlyer's random install ID, never linked to your account or to you) aren't part of your account. You can switch them off in the app: Settings → Privacy → Install & link stats. Deleting the app removes the app's own random install ID.
